What Ships and What It Needs to Run

Included: 2 x Esybox Max boosters (model per variant), wirelessly paired; 1 x DAB 2 Esydock Max twin docking station (60199055); 1 x Esy I/O expansion module, Version 1 (60206085); 1 x 6-gallon diaphragm pressure tank (6127-390), pre-charged, NSF/ANSI 61 and 372.

Needs to run: one dedicated circuit per pump: 208-240V single phase (M models) or 380-480V three phase (T models); a water supply able to deliver the full system flow; suction and discharge piping to the 2 in NPT manifold.

Sized at install: breakers and wiring per the pump nameplate and local code, isolation valves, and a thermal expansion tank at any storage water heater.

What This System Is

A complete two-pump commercial pressurisation system built on the E.SYBOX MAX platform. The units associate wirelessly — no external controller — and stage sequentially: one pump modulates at light demand, additional pumps join as demand climbs, for up to 153 GPM. Lead priority rotates on runtime so wear is shared, and any unit can be set as reserve for fault redundancy. Each E.SYBOX MAX keeps its own inverter, sensors and motor control; the Esydock Max is the shared hydraulic base. The Esy I/O module adds float, pressure-switch, remote-alarm and building-management connections, and a 6-gallon tank reduces cycling.

Genuine DAB equipment, factory-new in original packaging — sold and supported by Watermain Supply, an independent industrial supplier. Watermain Supply is an Authorized Stocking DAB Distributor.
24-Month DAB Warranty

All pumps are covered for 24 months from the date of purchase under DAB’s published warranty terms. The dock, I/O module and pressure tank carry their own manufacturer warranties.

Multi-Pump Control

The group is governed by four parameters: N pumps detected, NA allowed to participate, NC allowed to run at once, and IC per-pump auto-or-reserve. Configure all pumps active for full flow, N+1 with one reserve for redundancy, or cap simultaneous operation while rotating duty. Anti-stagnation rotates every pump into service at least once per 23 hours. All pumps must run matching firmware and maximum-speed settings.

Models & Performance — Will It Do What You Need?

Published DAB data for the two-pump system, by model. Figures are the pressure the system adds at each total flow. Curve tolerance per ISO 9906; based on water at ~1 mm²/s and ~1000 kg/m³.

Models

Model Voltage / Phase HP (each) Current (A, each) Max pressure added
45/120 M 1x208-240V 1Ph 2.68 HP 9.4 83 psi
60/120 M 1x208-240V 1Ph 3.6 HP 12.5-11.5 97 psi
60/120 T 3x380-480V 3Ph 3.5 HP 4.4 97 psi
85/120 T 3x380-480V 3Ph 4.7 HP 5.3 136 psi

M = single-phase 208-240V; T = three-phase 380-480V. Max pressure added is DAB’s Delta P max per pump; the set point range is 15-174 psi. Values are per pump; system flow scales with pump count. Source: DAB Esybox Max US Technical Sheet 50250413, electrical data.

Pressure added in PSI, two pumps running, by system flow

Model 0 GPM (Shut-off) 63 GPM 79 GPM 95 GPM 127 GPM 153 GPM (Max)
45/120 82.3 64.1 50.2 36.8 10.0 —
60/120 M and T 97.8 86.6 71.0 57.6 29.9 5.6
85/120 T 136.4 119.5 100.9 80.5 41.1 13.0

Converted from the head DAB prints in feet in its two-pump table (PSI = ft ÷ 2.31), at the flows DAB tabulates for all three models, rounded to the whole GPM. The first tabulated flow, 42 GPM, is left out: it equals shut-off on every model (DAB’s pressure cap). The full table is in the Technical Leaflet on the Data Sheet tab. Bold = the last point on that model’s curve, its max flow; — = beyond it.

Drawing from a tank, cistern or well — nothing arrives with pressure, so what the pumps add is what you get. Read the table straight through: a 60/120 pair set to 70 psi delivers about 80 GPM.

Fed by a city main — the pumps add on top of what already arrives, up to 83, 97 or 136 psi depending on model, and the controller holds a set point of up to 174 psi in total. A 60/120 pair on a 40 psi main set to 70 psi only has to add 30 — and at 30 psi of added pressure its table gives roughly 127 GPM instead of the 80 GPM a tank would. Incoming pressure turns into extra flow at the same set point.

Read at the flow the group delivers. More pumps hold more pressure at any working flow because each carries a share of the flow and sits higher on its own curve; only the shut-off head at zero flow is fixed by the model.

Best operating range: 45/120: 38 to 66 GPM · 60/120 and 85/120: 48 to 80 GPM, derived from the single-pump range times the number of pumps.

Zero flow is the shut-off point — a ceiling, not a working point. Feet of head = PSI × 2.31. These figures are at full speed; the drives hold lower pressures by running the pumps slower. Source: DAB Esybox Max US Technical Sheet 50250413, 2026.

Before You Buy — The Limits That Decide the Fit
Maximum settable pressure 45/120: 83 psi · 60/120: 97 psi · 85/120: 136 psi, each model’s maximum differential.
Maximum system pressure 174 psi. Incoming pressure plus pressure added must stay below this.
Maximum inlet pressure 73 psi.
Suction lift Self-priming to 13 ft with a foot valve. Designed for flooded or pressurised suction.
Power 45/120 M and 60/120 M: 208-240V single phase. 60/120 T and 85/120 T: 380-480V three phase. One circuit per pump; current draw is in the Models table under Models & Performance.
Best operating range 45/120: 38 to 66 GPM · 60/120 and 85/120: 48 to 80 GPM.
Integrated expansion vessel 0.5 gal (2 L) per pump, plus the 6-gallon supplemental tank. Not a storage reserve; a thermal expansion tank is still required at any storage water heater.
Pairing 2 pumps in one wireless group; four is the maximum.
Water temperature Up to 104°F liquid; 113°F ambient.
