The Dresser Style 80 Split Sleeve is a full-circle, two-piece bolted repair sleeve designed to seal pinholes, pitting, cracks, and splits in cast iron, ductile iron, and steel pipe walls. Where a leak clamp seals at a joint, the Style 80 addresses the pipe body itself — encircling the damage and applying uniform gasket pressure around the full circumference of the pipe to stop the leak and restore pressure integrity. The two-bolt or multi-bolt split design opens completely for installation over the pipe without disturbing the pipeline, and closes with uniform torque to compress the gridded gasket against the pipe surface.
