Smith Blair
Gaskets, follower flanges, center sleeves, end cap bodies, 912 FCA bodies and the bolts, nuts and washers that hold them together. Every part carries its Smith-Blair part number, so you can match the one in your hand and keep a coupling, cap or adapter in service.

The Smith-Blair OMNI system is built from interchangeable parts: one center sleeve per nominal size, a follower flange and a gasket on each end that set the pipe OD, and track-head bolts that draw the followers in. The Style 441 cast coupling, 442 long-sleeve coupling, 482 end cap and 912 flanged coupling adapter share the same gaskets and follower system. When one part is damaged or a pipe OD changes, you replace that part, not the whole fitting.
Send the part number from the old part, or the coupling style and measured pipe OD, and we confirm the replacement the same day. Call 1-888.510.4036 or email sales@watermainsupply.com. Genuine Smith-Blair equipment, factory-new in original packaging — sold and supported by Watermain Supply, an independent industrial supplier.

Ductile iron ASTM A536 sleeves, followers and bodies with Flexi-Coat fusion-bonded epoxy, and Nitrile gaskets certified to NSF/ANSI 61-G.
Parts fit the Smith-Blair 441, 442, 482 and 912 OMNI styles, plus copper tubing adapter gaskets for the 411 and 525. Each gasket and follower is made for a set pipe OD range.
Read the part number cast or molded on the old part, or measure the pipe OD with a pi tape, and email it. We confirm the part number the same day, or call 1-888.510.4036.
Every listing shows the Smith-Blair part number in the last option.

Nitrile (Buna-N) · NSF/ANSI 61-G
One molded gasket per pipe OD range, permanently marked with its part number and range. The same gaskets seat in the 441 and 442 couplings, the 482 end cap and the 912 FCA.

Ductile iron ASTM A536 · Flexi-Coat epoxy
The follower sets the pipe OD each end of the coupling fits. Followers are color-coded by pipe type: red for iron pipe size OD, blue for ductile OD, gray for asbestos cement OD.

Ductile iron ASTM A536 · Flexi-Coat epoxy
One sleeve per nominal size covers every OD of that size; gaskets and followers set the ends. The 442 long sleeves bridge longer gaps; reducing 441 sleeves join 2 x 2-1/2, 4 x 6 and 6 x 8 in.

Ductile iron ASTM A536 · Flexi-Coat epoxy
Replacement body for the 482 OMNI cast line cap. Seats one OMNI gasket and one follower flange on a plain pipe end.

Ductile iron body and follower · Nitrile O-ring
Body, follower flange and flange O-ring for the 912 OMNI FCA. One body per nominal size; the follower and an OMNI gasket set the pipe OD.

Alloy · Electro-galvanized · 304 stainless
Oval and square neck track-head bolts, 912 cross bolts, tee bolts, flange bolts and studs, heavy hex nuts, flat washers and stainless spring washers for approved HDPE products.
OMNI gaskets and followers are permanently marked with a part number and OD range.

Yes. Every part is factory-new Smith-Blair equipment with its Smith-Blair part number, sold and supported by Watermain Supply, an independent industrial supplier.
Measure the pipe OD with a pi tape and pick the OD range, or read the part number and range molded on the old gasket or cast on the follower. Email the number or a photo and we confirm the part.
Yes. They all use the OMNI gasket system. The 482 end cap takes the largest gasket within its nominal size.
Smith-Blair color-codes followers by pipe type: red for iron pipe size OD, blue for ductile iron OD, gray for asbestos cement OD.
Small bolts, nuts and washers are sold in packs of 2 to 50 so each line is worth shipping. The pack size shows in the part number option.
On 2 and 2-1/2 in, a complete 441 coupling often costs about the same as a gasket and follower, so a new coupling is usually the better buy. From 4 in up, replacing one end costs about half a new coupling or less.
Two 5/8 in bolts on 2 and 2-1/2 in, four on 3 to 6 in, six on 8 and 10 in, eight on 12 and 14 in and ten on 16 in, with one heavy hex nut per bolt per the Smith-Blair selection chart.
