TIGERFLOW
Stainless steel vertical multistage pumps from 1/2 to 50 HP, packaged Tigercub simplex booster systems with a variable frequency drive, and self-priming Ocelot variable speed boosters for homes and light commercial buildings. Every selection is checked against TIGERFLOW’s published curve before it ships.

TIGERFLOW Systems builds packaged booster systems and the CD vertical multistage pump family that runs inside them. The CD is an in-line pump with laser-welded stainless steel impellers and chambers, a cartridge mechanical seal and a premium-efficiency TEFC motor, in ten flow classes from 4.4 to 374 GPM nominal. Around it TIGERFLOW offers the Tigercub simplex booster, the Ocelot 25, Ocelot 60 and Ocelot Duplex variable speed boosters, the T1HS stainless end suction pump and the TMHS threaded multistage pump.
Watermain Supply lists the full TIGERFLOW range: complete CD pumps and wet ends, Tigercub systems, Ocelot boosters, T1HS and TMHS pumps, TEFC replacement motors, seals, flange kits and tanks. Send your flow, pressure and power and we will reply the same day with a sized selection. Call 1-888.510.4036. Genuine TIGERFLOW equipment, factory-new in original packaging — sold and supported by Watermain Supply, an independent industrial supplier.
The four questions buyers ask first, answered from TIGERFLOW’s published data.
CD pumps and wet ends carry TIGERFLOW’s one-year guarantee under normal operating conditions, per the CD Series manual; wearable parts are excluded. Tigercub, Ocelot, T1HS, TMHS, motors and parts are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Hydraulically balanced stainless impellers and guide vanes, stamped and laser-welded on robotic equipment. A cartridge seal in carbon, silicon carbide and Viton comes out as one piece, and the TEFC motors reach a Minimum Efficiency Index of up to 0.7.
CD: 362 psi maximum working pressure, liquid 5°F to 248°F as a guide, ANSI Class 300 flanges 1-1/4 to 4 in, fill and vent before start. T1HS: 115 psi, 14°F to 185°F. Ocelot: self-priming to 9 ft, water to 167°F.

TIGERFLOW’s walkthrough of the cartridge seal swap on a CD pump, the most common service job on a vertical multistage pump.
CD cartridge mechanical seal replacement
Three families cover most jobs: the CD pump on its own, the CD packaged as a Tigercub booster, and the Ocelot for homes and light commercial buildings.

Ten flow classes, 1/2 to 50 HP
In-line suction and discharge on a common base, stacked stainless impellers and a NEMA TC-frame TEFC motor on top. More stages give more head at the same flow. Sold complete with motor or as a wet end.

A CD pump, drive and panel on one base
A CD3, CD5, CD10, CD15 or CD20 pump on a stainless base and manifold with a variable frequency drive and a UL 508A listed disconnect panel, prefabricated and factory tested. The drive holds constant pressure as demand changes.

Self-priming, permanent magnet motor
Variable speed boosters with an integrated drive, built-in expansion tank and check valves on suction and discharge, in a 304 stainless pump body. Low-flow detection slows or stops the pump when demand drops.
Also in the range: the TMHS multistage pump, six series from 1/2 to 10 HP with NPT threaded ports and an IP55 TEFC motor.
The model number is the nominal flow in cubic metres per hour. Pick the series whose flow range covers your duty, then the stage count that gives the head.

Two numbers pick the pump: the flow you need and the pressure the pump must add at that flow.
Pressure needed at the outlet + 0.433 psi per foot of lift to the highest point + friction losses − pressure already at the pump inlet. Convert to feet of head by multiplying psi by 2.31.
Use the peak simultaneous demand, not the total connected load. Then pick the series whose nominal flow sits at or a little above your duty.

Inlet pressure plus shut-off pressure below 362 psi. Never run against a closed valve or below the minimum flow. Fill and vent before start; a suction lift works only where NPSH available exceeds NPSH required. Confirm the power: CD10 and larger are three phase.
The construction details that matter on an installation.
Impellers and guide vanes are stamped and laser-welded on robotic equipment and hydraulically balanced, for consistent clearances and lower axial thrust.
The carbon, silicon carbide and Viton seal comes out as one cartridge, so a seal change is a short job without disturbing the hydraulics.
Standard on every complete CD pump, with a Minimum Efficiency Index up to 0.7 on the pump end.
ANSI Class 300 flanged suction and discharge, in line, 1-1/4 to 4 in. NPT companion flange kits in 304 stainless or A105 carbon steel are listed separately.
The Tigercub is prefabricated and factory tested as one UL / cUL listed packaged pumping system with a UL 508A listed disconnect panel.
The Ocelot pairs a permanent magnet motor with an integrated drive; the pump slows as demand falls and stops at no flow.
The T1HS has a 304 stainless pump body, diffuser and impeller, closed-coupled to an IP55 / NEMA 4 TEFC motor.
CD and T1HS pumps are certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 and are cULus Listed.
