Included: the controller or flow switch listed under the order number shown; the SubDrive SolarPAK and Fhoton packages include a 30 ft (10 m) flow switch cable where a flow switch is used.
Matching motor required. Each controller runs the Franklin motor named for it in the table; Fhoton and SubDrive Solar outputs are low-voltage three-phase and are not interchangeable between horsepower ratings.
Solar array and DC disconnect: sized to the controller and ordered separately.
These are the controllers and flow switches Franklin builds into its SolarPAK systems, sold separately to replace a controller or flow switch in an existing installation. SubDrive Solar controllers (IP55, NEMA 3) take DC from the array with automatic switching to a 230 V AC generator, show real-time input watts on a seven-segment display and offer RS-485 telemetry. Fhoton controllers (NEMA 4 to 1.5 hp; Type 4 / IP56 for 5-10 hp) are compact MPPT drives with a multi-color status LED; the F3 5-10 hp controllers accept up to 850 VDC.
Every option ends with the Franklin order number, so you can match the number on your existing controller.
Franklin warrants its products for 12 months from the date of installation, but no more than 24 months from the date of manufacture.
