Overview
The FPS 4NCH Series is a submersible solids handling (non-clog) pump for raw, unscreened domestic sewage, effluent, irrigation and general dewatering in commercial and industrial service. Franklin Electric builds it with a semi-open ductile iron impeller, a field-adjustable wear plate and dual silicon carbide mechanical seals with a seal-fail probe.
Motor: Air-filled IE3 premium-efficient, Class H insulation, IP68 stator enclosure. Available in 208-230V and 460V three-phase. Each horsepower has its own hydraulic, running from 741 GPM at 20 ft (7.5 HP) to 83 GPM at 110 ft (20 HP).
Pick the horsepower from the duty point: find your total dynamic head in the performance table and choose the smallest motor that delivers the flow you need there, then confirm with a factory curve before ordering.

Growth & Multiplex
Runs as a single pump or as a duplex lift station, with two pumps alternating lead and lag from a duplex control panel. Franklin Electric publishes matching NC Series control panels, and guide-rail base elbows are offered for lift-out installation (see Accessories).
