Included: the cast iron grinder pump with oil-filled motor, 440 stainless steel cutter, legs for free-standing installation and a 20 ft quick-disconnect cord; the 110911GRPA adds a wide-angle float.
Control panel required, ordered separately. Grinder pumps run from a simplex or duplex control panel with level floats and a high-water alarm, matched to the pump’s voltage and amps. The 120912GRP also needs external capacitors, normally housed in the panel.
Sized at install: basin, guide rail where used, check and shutoff valves, force main.
These 1 and 2 HP grinder pumps have a 1-1/4 in vertical discharge (optional 2 in FNPT adapter) and can grind up to 3 in solids. Install them on a rail system or on the supplied legs, for residential developments, commercial developments and wastewater applications. Heads reach 103 ft TDH and flows 44 GPM, per the catalog.
Covered for 1 year from the date of installation, or 2 years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first under Baker Manufacturing’s published limited warranty (A.Y. McDonald Pumps & Accessories price list, effective 7/1/26). Per Baker’s terms, the warranty does not cover failure caused by sand or abrasive materials in the water.
Single pump. Duplex grinder stations use two pumps and an alternating panel.
