Franklin Electric Inline SpecPAK Booster System

The Franklin Electric Inline SpecPAK™ integrates into nearly any commercial, industrial, or multi-residential plumbing setup. Sizing is reduced to two decisions — required flow and desired constant pressure — and the system arrives fully packaged and ready to install. As demand rises, each pump adjusts speed automatically to hold constant discharge pressure.

Inline multi-stage centrifugal pumps are plumbed in parallel across common suction and discharge manifolds. Every pump carries its own isolation valves and discharge check valve, so any single pump can be removed for service while the rest of the system stays online. A dedicated VFD drives each pump, and a factory-programmed PLC automates the system from suction and discharge sensor feedback.

• All Stainless Wetted Components — 304 and 316 stainless throughout for corrosion resistance and uncompromised water quality.
• Grooved Plumbing Connections — Reduce set-up time and minimise stress transfer between piping connections. 3-inch or 4-inch by pump model.
• Full Port Ball Valves — Reduce pressure loss through fittings and maintain smooth, consistent water velocity through the system.
• Low-Friction Manifold Sizing — Manifold and circuit piping sized across the full flow range with minimal friction loss.
• UL 508A Panel, 100 kAIC SCCR — Lockable electrical disconnects, fused branch disconnects, and prewired quick connectors between each pump and the panel.
• Service Without Shutdown — Fused branch disconnects let an offline pump receive maintenance while the remaining pumps stay online.
• Modbus Remote Monitoring — Remote monitoring and control. Lead/lag or parallel pump operation selectable in system settings.
• Quick-Connect Pump Circuits — Quick connections in each pump circuit allow service and installation with minimal labour and tools.
• Field-Programmable Firmware — PLC and HMI accept firmware updates in the field, extending service life of the control platform.
