• Designed as an easy way to fix a leaky solvent weld bell on PVC pipe by assembling parts outside the collar. This can be done without cutting or draining the pipe.
• Application For leaking plastic solvent weld belled end pipe joints
• Working pressure up to 150 PSI
• Nominal temperature range -20F to 180F
• Removable lugs to allow installation in tight spaces
• 360 gasket seal
• Flexi-Coat Epoxy Finish for corrosion resistance

Materials:

• BAND Stainless Steel Type 304
• LUGS Ductile Iron ASTM A536 80-55-06
• GASKET Nitrile (Buna N) compounded to produce superior storage and performance characteristics while resisting water acids alkalies most (aliphatic) hydrocarbon and many other chemicals Temperature Range -20F to 180F. Consult manufacturer for specific applications and other service temperatures
• BRIDGE PLATE 304 Stainless Steel recessed flush and bonded into the gasket
• BOLTS High strength low alloy Steel with heavy semi-finished hexagon nuts per ANSI B. 18.2.2 Optional 304 Stainless bolts with fluoropolymer coated nuts to reduce galling
• FINISH Flexi-Coat Fusion Bonded Epoxy
• NOTE Also available in metric sizes. HDPE applications will require clamps with spring washers.
• Pipe Applications PVC joints and threaded Steel couplings
