Description
The JCM 306 fabricated flanged coupling adapter combines the JCM ductile iron coupling with a fabricated steel flanged end, allowing pipe misalignment, less critical pipe-end preparation and easy equipment installation and removal.
It adapts from one pipe type to another with the JCM transition gasket system, simplifies work on larger A/C pipe, and comes in the hard-to-find 10 and 12 in sizes.
Typical application: Connecting plain-end pipe to flanged valves, fittings and equipment, including larger A/C pipe.

Included: the ductile iron sleeve, fabricated flanged end, follower, gasket, and coupling bolts and nuts.
Flange bolts and flange gasket, as needed. The adapter bolts to the mating flange.
Pipe anchorage, provided at install. The adapter does not restrain the pipe.

12-Month Warranty
Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep the dated invoice as proof of purchase.

Rated by application. Send the pipe OD, pipe type and pressures and we will obtain JCM's rating.

Before You OrderConfirm the pipe OD and flange size before ordering.
Anchor the pipe: the coupling joins the pipe but does not restrain it, so JCM calls for proper anchorage wherever the pipe could move out of the coupling.
