Description
The JCM 212 ductile iron transition coupling joins two plain-end pipes of the same nominal size and different ODs, such as cast iron or C900 PVC to IPS PVC, steel tubing or SDR 35. A simple change of gasket accommodates the OD difference, using the same mechanical compression joint as the JCM 210.
Typical application: Connection or repair: joins plain-end pipe and installs a repair section of pipe.

12-Month Warranty
Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep the dated invoice as proof of purchase.
Working Pressure
150 PSI working pressure. JCM rates this coupling for 150 PSI working pressure when installed per its instructions; higher pressures are available from JCM on request. Inspection of pipe integrity is the installer's responsibility.

Anchor the pipe: the coupling joins the pipe but does not restrain it, so JCM calls for proper anchorage wherever the pipe could move out of the coupling.
