Description
The JCM 111 full repair clamp is a fast, economical permanent repair for steel pipe with extensive corrosion, splits, punctures or pin holes. A heavy full-circumference Buna-N gasket with a hardened recessed armor gives extra sealing on heavily damaged pipe and pipe whose OD has been reduced by corrosion.
It comes with electro-galvanized steel bolts, stainless steel bolts, or as an all stainless steel clamp, in iron pipe (IPS) and copper tube (CTS) sizes from 1/2 to 2 in.
Typical application: Repair, temporary or permanent: breaks, pinholes, corroded areas, holes, longitudinal splits and cracks.

Pipe anchorage, provided at install. The clamp seals the damage but does not restrain the pipe.

12-Month Warranty
Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep the dated invoice as proof of purchase.
Working Pressure
Rated by application. JCM rates the pressure capability of this clamp for each installation: it depends on pipe size and type, the type and extent of the damage or joint condition, line content, temperature and installation. Send us the pipe OD and type and the working and test pressures, and we will obtain JCM's rating and a submittal for your application.

IPS = iron pipe size; CTS = copper tube size. Where JCM lists one clamp number for both, one clamp fits both. Each size comes in all three builds.
Before You OrderChoose the build: galvanized bolts for general service, stainless bolts or all stainless for corrosive conditions.
Anchor the pipe: the clamp seals the full circumference but does not hold the pipe against lateral movement, so JCM calls for proper anchorage wherever the pipe could move out of the clamp.
