Description
The JCM 110 patch clamp is a fast, economical repair for pinholes, punctures, splits and corroded areas on steel and PVC pipe. A partial gasket forms a patch that goes directly over the damage, and the stainless band conforms to the pipe so bolt torque goes straight into the gasket.
It comes with electro-galvanized steel bolts, stainless steel bolts, or as an all stainless steel clamp, in IPS sizes from 1/2 to 12 in and copper tube (CTS) sizes from 1/2 to 2 in. For larger sizes, see the JCM 112 and 113 heavy duty patch clamps.
Typical application: Repair, temporary or permanent: pinholes, corroded areas, holes, longitudinal splits and cracks.

Included: the clamp with its Buna-N patch gasket, lug, and track-head bolt, nut and washer in the build selected.
Pipe anchorage, provided at install. The clamp seals the damage but does not restrain the pipe.

12-Month Warranty
Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep the dated invoice as proof of purchase.
Working Pressure
150 PSI water; 100 PSI gas. JCM's installation instructions recommend the 110 patch clamp for water service to 150 PSI and gas service to 100 PSI. Allowable pressure also depends on the pipe, the damage and installation.

IPS = iron pipe size; CTS = copper tube size. Where JCM lists one clamp number for both, one clamp fits both. Each size comes in all three builds.
Before You OrderChoose the build: galvanized bolts for general service, stainless bolts or all stainless for corrosive conditions.
Anchor the pipe: the clamp seals the full circumference but does not hold the pipe against lateral movement, so JCM calls for proper anchorage wherever the pipe could move out of the clamp.
