What Ships and What It Needs to Run
Included: the 5050CTSJ or 5050CVSJ 1/2 HP cast iron sewage pump with float switch; a structural foam basin with 4 in inlet hub; a gasketed structural foam lid with stainless steel fasteners; a 2 in full-flow check valve with rubber boots; and a 30 in, 2 in PVC stub pipe (18 x 30 in packages). Alarm models add the tank alarm. Contents by model are in the table below.
Sized at install: discharge and vent piping beyond the stub pipe, shutoff valve, electrical.
Overview
These pre-assembled simplex sewage packages are designed for any residential sewage application. With a 30 gallon basin (45 gallons on the 24 x 24 in package), 2 in solids handling and a 2 in discharge pipe connected to the pump, each package is ready to install.

Split lid (PACSL) — reach the pump without disturbing the discharge pipe; inspection port included.

Alarm packages — automatic alarm reset, silence and test switches. The PACSDA has a side discharge and a NEMA 3R alarm; the DA1 models a top discharge and a NEMA 1 alarm.
- Non-clogging stainless steel vortex impeller.

A.Y. McDonald Warranty by Model
Under Baker Manufacturing’s published limited warranty (A.Y. McDonald Pumps & Accessories price list, effective 7/1/26): 3 years from the date of installation: 5050CTSJPAC, 5050CTSJPACSDA, 5050CTSJPACSL, 5050CTSJPAC24. 1 year from the date of installation, or 2 years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first: 5050CTSJPACDA1, 5050CVSJPACCH, 5050CVSJPACDA1. Per Baker’s terms, the warranty does not cover failure caused by sand or abrasive materials in the water.
