The Monitor Magnum Frost Proof Yard Hydrant uses a balanced spool-valve design for smooth flow adjustment and dependable operation in any weather. A corrosion-resistant brass valve body, acetal spool, and 3/4 in Sch. 80 PVC wet pipe extend hydrant life, and there is no packing nut, valve rod, or linkage to adjust.
Over 25 GPM at a 4 ft bury depth and 30 psi; outlet sits about 24 in above ground plus bury depth. Routine maintenance is replacement of the three standard O-rings. Not for potable water. Lead-free versions conform to NSF/ANSI 372. Select bury depth and standard or lead-free.
