Overview

The Style 711 Reducing Coupling joins two different pipe sizes with the same seal and restraint design as the straight 711: compression seal on each end and a grip ring that locks the pipe against pullout.

Application: Size transitions on steel and PE natural gas mains.

  • Assembled stab design: little or no disassembly in the ditch
  • Metallic grip mechanism locks the pipe against pullout
  • PE pipe needs the matching color-coded insert stiffener
  • Every variant ends with the Dresser part number

Also needed: insert stiffener for PE pipe, sized to the pipe SDR (sold separately).
