Grundfos SCALA Booster Pump Accessories - Genuine Factory Parts

A cleanable 250-micron inlet filter that protects the pump from sand, gravel and debris on well, tank and rainwater feeds — the single most effective insurance on any suction-fed SCALA installation. The square-mesh cartridge spreads flow across its whole surface to resist clogging, rinses clean, and reuses repeatedly. Fits both SCALA1 and SCALA2, per Grundfos, and any pump with a 1 in NPT inlet.

Everything needed to mount two SCALA pumps as one twin booster: composite base plate, inlet and outlet manifolds with four brass isolation valves, NBR o-rings, stainless fixing screws and the pump-to-pump communication cable. Per Grundfos, the set connects two SCALA1 or two SCALA2 pumps in a twin booster system.

How the two models behave on it differs. The communication cable works on SCALA1 only: a SCALA1 pair runs as a coordinated electronic twin — duty/assist for higher flow or duty/standby for redundancy, with automatic alternation by running hours, configured over Bluetooth in the Grundfos GO app. A SCALA2 pair mounts on the same hardware as a parallel twin, but the pumps run independently, each holding its own constant-pressure set point.
