Genuine Goulds Water Technology pressure switches start and stop the pump at preset pressures. This listing covers the full AS range — standard 20–40, 30–50 and 40–60 PSI, a higher-HP version, a Square D gray switch rated to 200 PSI max, and a low-pressure cutout model.

AS16 is a low-pressure cutout switch — it turns the pump off on a 10 PSI drop in pressure. If a motor exceeds the ratings above, wire the switch to the pilot circuit of a magnetic starter or contactor.
