Overview
Franklin's duplex grinder pump control panels are designed exclusively for IGP Grinder Series pumps in lift pump chambers and sewage ejector basins where two pumps are needed. An alternating circuit board runs the pumps in turn, and the lag pump starts on its own float when one pump cannot keep up.
Single-phase panels carry mounted starting components designed for the 2 HP IGP Series grinders, and circuit breakers for safe servicing. Three-phase panels have motor protective switches that give adjustable overload, branch circuit protection and pump disconnect, plus a multi-tap transformer. Both use IEC motor contactors.
Pick the panel by the pump full-load amps. Single-phase: 1026540 up to 16 A (IGP-M 13.9 A, IGPHR 16 A); 1052444 up to 22 A (IGPH 18.5 A). Three-phase: 3221W301H17A for 4.0-6.3 A (IGP-M463 4.5 A, IGPH-M463 6 A), 3221W401H17A for 6.0-10.0 A (IGP-M233 10 A), 3221W511H17A for 9.0-14.0 A (IGPH-M233 13 A).
