Overview

The Dresser Style 175 combines a spring-loaded seal with permanently lubricated port seals for positive shutoff at all rated pressures to 175 PSI. A TFE coated retaining ring keeps operating torque low and uniform, so the plug does not freeze to the body.

Application: Gas meter sets, curb valves and service line shutoff.

  • Oil-tempered steel spring holds the seal
  • 360 turn or 90 degree open-left operation
  • Compression, GTO threaded and cut-in versions
