Overview
Vertical, multistage centrifugal pump with suction and discharge ports on the same level, so it drops into a straight pipe run. Every part in contact with the liquid is high-grade stainless steel (EN 1.4401, AISI 316). The CRN 1s is the smallest CR size, rated at 4.8 GPM (Grundfos’s nominal duty) for low-flow, high-pressure duty; size it from the performance table below rather than from the model number.

What Ships and What It Needs to Run
Included: the CRN 1s pump end and its NEMA 56C TEFC motor, factory-assembled as one complete pump.
ANSI companion flanges or Victaulic couplings required, ordered separately. On the ANSI and Victaulic versions Grundfos supplies the companion connection as a separate set (flange sets: two flanges, two gaskets, nuts and bolts; Victaulic-type coupling sets: two grooved-end pipe couplings with NPT threaded nipples), sized 1 1/4 in.
Suction and discharge piping, valves and controls: sized to your system and ordered separately.
Genuine Grundfos equipment, factory-new in original packaging — sold and supported by Watermain Supply, an independent industrial supplier.
Warranty: 24 months from date of installation, but not more than 30 months from date of manufacture (Grundfos limited warranty). Grundfos repairs or replaces its own product; costs of removal, installation and transportation are not covered, and products sold but not manufactured by Grundfos carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.

Flow columns are read from the Grundfos 60 Hz curve for each model (water at 68 °F), digitized and rounded down, at about 20%, 50% and 75% of 5.5 GPM, the last regular flow every curve in this listing reaches; the curves end at 5.6 to 5.7 GPM. Full curves are in the product images. The CRN 1s-2 curve reads 58 ft at zero flow against 53 ft published; the published shut-off is shown and the flow columns follow the curve.
