Overview
The fitting set connects the in-line ports of a CR pump to the pipe. A flange set is two threaded ANSI flanges with two gaskets, nuts and bolts; a Victaulic-type coupling set is two grooved-end pipe couplings with NPT threaded nipples; a Tri-Clamp set is one pipe stub, clamp ring and gasket, two required per pump. Pick the set for your pump model, then the flange class or coupling elastomer.
CR and CRI pumps with oval flange connections come complete with threaded oval flanges, bolts and gaskets and need no fitting set; these sets are for replacement or for the optional FlexiClamp.
What Ships and What It Needs to Run
Included: the fitting set or gasket in the selected option. Flange sets contain two flanges, two gaskets, nuts and bolts; Victaulic-type sets contain two grooved-end pipe couplings with NPT threaded nipples; each Tri-Clamp set includes one pipe stub, clamp ring and gasket (Grundfos price list).
Tri-Clamp: two sets are required per pump (Grundfos price list).
Genuine Grundfos equipment, factory-new in original packaging — sold and supported by Watermain Supply, an independent industrial supplier.
Warranty: 24 months from date of installation, but not more than 30 months from date of manufacture (Grundfos limited warranty). Grundfos repairs or replaces its own product; costs of removal, installation and transportation are not covered, and products sold but not manufactured by Grundfos carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
