Franklin Electric Control Box Replacement Parts

Franklin control boxes are built as a matched set of components, and every component is listed as a kit order number so you replace like with like. Franklin three-wire motors through 1 HP use the QD (Quick Disconnect) control box with the patented QD relay, a solid-state device that outlasts a voltage relay; CRC boxes add a run capacitor. Standard and Deluxe boxes, 1 to 15 HP, use start capacitors with overloads, and the Deluxe adds a magnetic line contactor matched to the motor rating.

Each part below is listed against the control box model it belongs to. The capacitor ratings in the part name (for example 159-191 MFD, 110 V) are the values Franklin specifies for that box — match them exactly.
