Franklin Electric Single-Phase 3-Wire Control Box

Franklin Electric control boxes are designed for Franklin three-wire, single-phase submersible motors rated 1/3 to 15 HP. The control box is an integral part of the motor power system, and every one is built from rigorously tested components.

QD and CRC (1/3 to 1 HP). Quick Disconnect boxes disconnect the control components when the lid is removed, which makes troubleshooting simple. The solid-state QD relay lasts longer than a voltage relay. CRC boxes do the same job and add a run capacitor for smoother motor operation. Capacitor start, suitable for outdoor mounting, UL listed for the US and Canada on 60 Hz models.

Standard and Deluxe (1 to 15 HP). For 3-wire, single-phase water systems using standard or heavy-duty pressure switches, level switches or other pilot devices. Deluxe boxes contain a magnetic line contactor matched to the motor rating, so no external contactor is needed. Box-type terminals accept up to AWG #2 wire, with multiple knockout sizes, easy access to grounding lugs, external overload resets and user-friendly connection diagrams.
