Description
The JCM 202 long steel coupling joins plain-end steel-size pipe with a 12 or 16 in middle ring, for wider gaps and for installing a repair section of pipe.
It suits steel, galvanized, PVC and other pipe with standard steel ODs, and meets or exceeds ANSI/AWWA C219 for bolted sleeve-type couplings.
Typical application: Connection or repair, temporary or permanent: joins plain-end pipe and installs a repair section of pipe.

Included: the middle ring, two followers, two gaskets, and the track bolts and nuts.
Pipe anchorage, provided at install. The coupling joins but does not restrain the pipe; anchor it wherever the pipe could pull out.

12-Month Warranty
Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep the dated invoice as proof of purchase.
Working Pressure
Rated by application. JCM builds this coupling to ANSI/AWWA C219; for the pressure rating at your pipe and service, send us the pipe OD, pipe type and working and test pressures and we will obtain JCM's rating.

Anchor the pipe: the coupling joins the pipe but does not restrain it, so JCM calls for proper anchorage wherever the pipe could move out of the coupling.
