Description
The JCM 201 steel coupling for cast iron pipe sizes joins plain-end pipe at cast iron and ductile iron ODs from 14 through 42 in. A steel middle ring and followers compress the gaskets onto both pipe ends.
It meets or exceeds ANSI/AWWA C219 for bolted sleeve-type couplings. For ductile iron 2 through 12 in, JCM points to its 210 ductile iron coupling.
Typical application: Connection or repair, temporary or permanent: joins plain-end pipe and installs a repair section of pipe.

Pipe anchorage, provided at install. The coupling joins but does not restrain the pipe; anchor it wherever the pipe could pull out.

Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep the dated invoice as proof of purchase.
Working Pressure
Rated by application. JCM builds this coupling to ANSI/AWWA C219; for the pressure rating at your pipe and service, send us the pipe OD, pipe type and working and test pressures and we will obtain JCM's rating.

Before You OrderConfirm the pipe OD at both ends before ordering.
Anchor the pipe: the coupling joins the pipe but does not restrain it, so JCM calls for proper anchorage wherever the pipe could move out of the coupling.
