Description
The JCM 112 heavy duty patch clamp is a fast, permanent repair for pin holes, punctures and splits in steel and other pipe where there is no beam break. It covers pipe from 1-1/2 through 12 in; the JCM 113 continues from 10 to 36 in.
For complete breaks, use the JCM 101 or 102 universal clamp couplings.
Typical application: Repair, temporary or permanent: pinholes, corroded areas, holes, longitudinal splits and cracks.

Pipe anchorage, provided at install. The clamp seals the damage but does not restrain the pipe.

12-Month Warranty
Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep the dated invoice as proof of purchase.
Working Pressure
Rated by application. JCM rates the pressure capability of this clamp for each installation: it depends on pipe size and type, the type and extent of the damage or joint condition, line content, temperature and installation. Send us the pipe OD and type and the working and test pressures, and we will obtain JCM's rating and a submittal for your application.

Before You OrderFor complete breaks or beam breaks, choose a JCM 101 or 102 universal clamp coupling instead.
Anchor the pipe: the clamp seals the full circumference but does not hold the pipe against lateral movement, so JCM calls for proper anchorage wherever the pipe could move out of the clamp.
