The Hydrovar X platform integrates three components into a single plug-and-play package: the IE5 synchronous motor, the variable frequency drive, and the pump itself. The motor and drive use separate quick-connect components — meaning a faulted drive or motor can be replaced individually without buying an entirely new pump-and-motor combination. The integrated electrical socket eliminates field wiring between drive and motor.
Hydrovar X delivers one of the broadest efficiency ranges in the industry. Unlike induction motors that lose efficiency at part-load, the IE5 synchronous design maintains close-to-peak efficiency across the full operating envelope. No rare-earth materials — Goulds engineered Hydrovar X without rare-earth permanent magnets, sidestepping the supply-chain volatility that affects competing premium-efficiency pumps.
Built-in protections cover both pump and motor: dry run, motor overcurrent, low system pressure, overheating, short circuit, over/under voltage. The graphical color display enables quick on-pump configuration. Built-in Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP support direct integration with building management systems. Optional Avensor IoT platform connectivity provides remote monitoring, historical trend analysis, and predictive failure alerts across the full installed fleet.

Vertical Multistage Smart Pump
High-head vertical multistage with the broadest hydraulic envelope in the family. 10 sizes available, modular construction, AISI 304 SS pump body. Designed for clean and lightly-aggressive fluids including glycol, oils/solvents, and high-temperature service.
Horizontal Multistage Smart Pump
Stainless steel horizontal multistage for commercial and industrial use. 6 models available with modular construction. Balanced impeller reduces axial thrust 40% — extending bearing life. 20% thicker pump body vs e-HM increases durability.
End-Suction Smart Pump
AISI 316 SS end-suction with back pull-out design — impeller, bracket, and motor extract without disconnecting pump body from piping. ANSI Class 150 flange compatible. NSF/ANSI 61 certified for drinking water. Increased performance to 4000 RPM.
Packaged Booster System
Multi-pump packaged booster system using e-SV vertical multistage pumps with integrated Hydrovar X drives. 304 SS suction and discharge manifolds, A36 structural steel base. Optimyze condition monitoring sensors standard.
