The complete Godwin Quick Disconnect (QD) coupling system. Flanged ends, screw ends, strainers, pipe bends (45°/60°/90°), tees, Y-adapters, reducers, increasers, hose ends, and sealing rings — sized 2 in to 12 in. Hot-dip galvanized steel construction; up to 30° deflection per joint.

Standard cam-lock fittings work, but Godwin QD is engineered specifically for pumping fleet service — faster connection, more durable in field abuse, and supports angular deflection that cam-lock can't match.
Single lever closure ring vs. two cam-lock arms. Faster setup and breakdown — meaningful on multi-joint installations.
Each joint adapts up to 30° to terrain or routing without losing pressure integrity. Cam-lock joints are essentially fixed.
Heavy-gauge construction survives field service, abuse, dropped tools, and outdoor storage. Built for rental-fleet life cycles.
Flanged ends, screw ends, strainers, pipe bends (45°/60°/90°), tees, Y-adapters, reducers/increasers, hose ends — every fitting needed for any setup.
Bridge fittings adapt Godwin QD to standard NPT threaded or ASA flanged connections. Integrates with existing site equipment.
Standard sizes 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 in covering virtually every pump branch and discharge size in the Godwin line.

Building a complete QD setup requires matching connections at every junction. Key configuration considerations:
QD couplings get used in essentially every Godwin installation — these are the most common configurations.
Hose shank × male ball or female socket connects discharge or suction hose to the pump branch via flange adapter. Most basic configuration.
Tees, Y-adapters, and elbows route bypass discharge from the wet well around the work area to the downstream connection. 30° joint deflection accommodates uneven terrain.
QD pipe and adapters build the header system that connects multiple wellpoints to the pump suction. Speed of QD assembly is critical on multi-day projects.
Y-adapters and tees combine multiple pump discharges into a single discharge line. Used in high-volume pumping where parallel pumps share output.
Strainer adapters at suction ends prevent debris from reaching the impeller. Critical in raw-water and floodwater pumping.
NPT and flange bridge fittings adapt Godwin QD to existing site valves, hydrants, or process piping. Integrates new pumps into existing infrastructure.
