When the application needs serious head. The HL series delivers up to 640 ft TDH with a single-stage impeller — no staging required. Standard models for high-rise dewatering, pressure boost, jetting, and long discharge runs; Extreme High-Head variants for the most demanding lift duties.

When CD-series head ratings aren't enough, HL takes over — with Dri-Prime self-priming and solids-handling intact.
HL delivers high head with a single-stage impeller — simpler than multistage pumps, lower NPSH-required, and easier to maintain.
Up to 2½ in spherical solids on Extreme High-Head models. High-head dewatering pumps don't have to be clean-water-only.
Same proven Godwin priming system as CD: 28 ft suction lift from dry, no foot valve, run-dry capable.
Use HL as a booster pump in series with CD-series suction. Common in long discharge runs and high-rise construction.
High pressure makes HL ideal for hydraulic jetting, well-point system charging, and pipeline cleaning.
7 standard HL models (HL80M–HL250M) plus 4 Extreme High-Head models (HL110M–HL260M) for specialized applications.
Diesel-driven specifications shown. All models also available in electric drive. Extreme High-Head models reach 600–640 ft TDH at the cost of flow capacity — spec carefully against your duty point.

HL pumps share the CD platform's configuration flexibility, with high-head specific options:
HL pumps shine in head-dominated applications where CD-series pumps run out of pressure capability.
Pumping construction water from deep excavations or high-rise foundations to street-level discharge. HL150M / HL225M are workhorses here.
Series-installed booster on long discharge runs. Pair with CD suction-side pump for combined capacity / head.
Pipeline cleaning, sewer jetting, irrigation system flushing. HL125M / HL130M typical.
Deep-pit and underground mining with significant vertical lift requirements. HL250M / HL260M for high-volume deep applications.
Cross-country sewer bypass with significant elevation gain. HL series sustains pressure where CD would cavitate.
Temporary high-pressure firewater supply, foam system charging, emergency hydrant boost.
High-head applications need careful sizing. Send us your duty point and we'll spec the right HL configuration within 24 hours.
