• Built to a specific pipe O.D.

• Lugs are epoxy coated for great corrosion resistance
• Provides 360 coverage covering the full pipe surface
• 18-8 Type 304 Stainless Steel band for corrosion resistance

• LUGS Ductile Iron ASTM A536 Flexi-Coat Fusion-Bonded Epoxy Finish
• GASKET Nitrile (Buna N) compounded to produce resist oil natural gas acids alkalies most (aliphatic) hydrocarbon water and many chemicals
• NUTS/BOLTS High strength low alloy Steel with heavy semi-finished hexagon nuts per ANSI B. 18.2.2.
• Optional 304 Stainless bolts with fluropolymer coated nuts to reduce galling
• Working Pressure Up to 150 PSI
• Pipe Applications Steel and IPS-sized PVC
