Had a very positive experience with watermainsupply where I needed a replacement well pump protector and I placed an order but had not specified that I needed the part ASAP. After placing the order I contacted Watermainsupply by phone and explained that I needed the part quickly because could not draw water from our well and the customer service representative went out of their way to change my shipping from standard to overnight expedited and to further compliment their service they did not charge me any additional shipping costs. They recognized our predicament and helped us get back up and running quickly and didn't exploit our circumstance to make a few extra bucks. I will absolutely use them again. They’ve earned my loyalty.
