Drop cable itself is sized separately from the pump gauge tables — a 1\/2 HP unit on 115 V needs far heavier wire for the same setting depth than the same pump on 230 V.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe \u003cstrong\u003ewrench\u003c\/strong\u003e separates the pump end from the motor on SP, SQ and SQE pumps.
